Join us for the 2025 3C2A Annual Convention!

Payment of registration is required to attend any/all convention session(s) and/or event(s).

• Tickets must be purchased by March 7 to qualify for the current rates. On March 8, all rates will increase for the remainder of the registration period, including on-site registration.

• If you do not receive a registration confirmation via email please check your spam/junk folder and/or contact Hometown's support team at fansupport@hometownticketing.com or 866-488-4849

• Full Registration (Tuesday – Friday) includes all meetings/sessions, the Welcome Reception and all meal functions.

• Daily Registration includes meetings, sessions, and meal(s) for the individual date(s) selected. 
• In order to participate in live voting, you must have a full registration or a one-day Thursday registration. 
• Guest tickets to the Welcome Reception and meal function(s) can be purchased on an individual basis. 

• Registration fees are refundable minus a $100 fee, if received in writing (email) by March 7. Cancellations after that date are non-refundable.

• No-shows are not eligible for a refund and are liable for any outstanding balance.

• If you have any issues registering, please contact the 3C2A via email at info@3c2asports.org with your name and number and someone will reach out to walk you through the registration process.

• By registering for this event, you agree to share your information (name and email) with convention sponsors and event exhibitors. 

• Anyone found to have used a promo code dishonorably will be charged the full and proper amount for registration.

By attending any 3C2A in-person event, you voluntarily assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury related to exposure to COVID-19 and release the 3C2A from liability for any injury or harm that may result by attending such event. The 3C2A’s goal is to ensure a safe meeting environment and we will follow the strictest guidance established by the host facility, the county department of public health in which the event is located, and/or the State. As such, you agree to abide by any prevention or safety measures in place through the duration of the event. If you are ill, are aware that you have been directly exposed to COVID-19 within 7 days prior to arriving at the event or exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19 prior to or during the event, you agree not to attend.

Vendor registration is required for all those interested in having an exhibition table at convention - including current corporate partners. 

Once you have registered, please notify Rebecca Ensing at rensing@3c2asports.org in order to receive hotel booking information and a vendor specific schedule.
