2023 CCCAA Annual Convention
Join us for our 2023 Spring Convention!
Payment of registration is required to attend any convention session and/or ticketed event.
• Tickets must be purchased by March 10 to qualify for the current rates. On March 11, all rates will increase for the remainder of the registration period.
• If you do not receive a registration confirmation via email please contact Hometown's support team at fansupport@hometownticketing.com or 866-488-4849
• Full Registration (Tuesday – Friday) includes all meetings, the Social and all meals.
- Daily Registration includes meetings and meal(s) for the date(s) of registration. (Must be registered for Tuesday to attend the Social)
- Guest tickets to the Social and meal(s) can be purchased separately
• Registration fees are refundable minus a $100 fee, if received in writing (email) by March 22. Cancellations after that date are non-refundable.
• No-shows are not eligible for a refund and are liable for any outstanding balance.
• If you have any issues registering, please contact the CCCAA via email at info@cccaasports.org with your name and number and we will call you and walk you through the ordering process.
• By registering for this event, you agree to share your information (name and email) with our official sponsors and vendors also attending the event.
• Anyone found to have used a promo code dishonorably will be charged the full and proper amount for registration.
By attending any CCCAA in-person event, you voluntarily assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury related to exposure to COVID-19 and release the CCCAA from liability for any injury or harm that may result by attending such event. The CCCAA’s goal is to ensure a safe meeting environment and we will follow the strictest guidance established by the host facility, the county department of public health in which the event is located, and/or the State. As such, you agree to abide by any prevention or safety measures in place through the duration of the event. If you are ill, are aware that you have been directly exposed to COVID-19 within 7 days prior to arriving at the event or exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19 prior to or during the event, you agree not to attend.
